John Creswell has been appointed Chair of North Devon Homes, bringing extensive experience to enhance community living and support local initiatives.
John has been on the Board since May 2023. He has a strong background in housing and community work. He has also advised local authorities and government agencies. His experience aligns well with North Devon Homes’ mission to create great communities.
John expressed his honor in taking on this role. He appreciates the team’s dedication to serving North Devon. He looks forward to working with the Board and leadership team on their three-year Corporate Plan.
He has experience with other housing associations, including Citizen Housing Group and GreenSquareAccord Housing Group.
John believes in the Corporate Plan’s priorities: Value, Safety, Customer, Accountability, and Local. He is eager to help North Devon Homes fulfill its commitments to the community.
Now retired, John wants to use his skills to support mission-driven organizations. He is ready to lead North Devon Homes in achieving its goals.
He is excited about the future of North Devon. He wants to make a lasting difference for residents by improving homes and fostering community spirit.
John takes over from Colin Dennis, who is stepping down to focus on other roles.
